About color fading: Most jewelry will eventually oxidize and fade due to metal properties. Please follow the care recommendations on the product page to extend the life of the product.

About chromatic aberration: Due to the difference in shooting light, angle, display equipment, and personal understanding, chromatic aberration is unavoidable. It is a normal phenomenon. Please understand.

Returns Policy

Our standard returns policy at Jen&K’s is 14 days for an exchange or credit note. There is no exchange on earrings. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

If you have an issue with a breakage please contact us asap & we will deal with your query directly.

Should you lose a single earring please note that we do sell individual earrings as replacements if the style is still available.
